Shipping policy

We offer several shipping options for your online purchases.

Our standard rates: ZONE 1 at $15.99* (Quebec, Ontario, and the Maritime provinces) and ZONE 2 at $20.99* (British Columbia, Alberta, Saskatchewan, Manitoba, and Newfoundland and Labrador).

Our preferential rates: FREE shipping in ZONE 1 for orders over $175 (before taxes) and ZONE 2 for orders over $200 (before taxes).

Contact us directly for delivery to Yukon, the Northwest Territories, or Nunavut.

If you are unable to complete your transaction at checkout, please contact us so we can assist you. Some oversized items may display the following message: "The product in your cart is not available for delivery to your location. Change the shipping address or empty your cart and return to the store." Contact us for alternative delivery options and a shipping quote.

Please note that for most major cities in Quebec, delivery times via Canada Post, Purolator, or UPS typically range from 2 to 4 business days.

However, Canada Post, Purolator, and UPS cannot guarantee delivery times.

We reserve the right to adjust shipping rates for certain destinations outside major urban centers. If the current rate cannot be applied, our team will contact you before shipment.

In-stock items purchased in the same order and requiring delivery will be shipped together. If a pre-ordered item is included in the order, it will be shipped upon its arrival unless you pay the applicable shipping rate for multiple deliveries.

If you wish to pick up your purchases in-store and save on shipping costs, select "Pick up" at checkout. Please note that you will then have 15 days to pick up your purchases, unless you make arrangements with one of the store managers.

After this period, our team will attempt to contact the customer by phone AND/OR email to notify them. This is considered final notification. If we do not hear from the customer or if they still delay picking up their purchase, the sale will be considered cancelled 30 days after the purchase date. The refund policy will then apply, and the refund will be issued as a credit note to the customer's account.
