French-inspired cream and caramelized sugar topping

Ingredients:

Cheesecake mix (whipped topping base (hydrogenated palm kernel oil, corn syrup solids, lactose, sugar, lactic acid esters of mono- and diglycerides, sodium caseinate, mono- and diglycerides, tocopherols, ascorbic acid, citric acid, sodium aluminosilicate, dipotassium phosphate, artificial flavor), corn syrup solids, sugar, buttermilk, cream powder (cream, skim milk, dipotassium phosphate, silicon dioxide, skim milk powder with added milk solids, modified food starch, tetrasodium pyrophosphate, sodium caseinate, salt, carrageenan, dextrose, lactic acid, natural and artificial flavor, sodium alginate, tartrazine, yellow FCF coating)), dehydrated sweet cream solids, skim milk, crème brûlée flake (sugar, rice syrup, brown sugar, palm oil, fruit and vegetable color, natural flavor), modified corn starch, crème brûlée flavor (dextrose, natural flavor).

Preparation and storage:

1. Remove and discard oxygen absorber. Set aside sugar packet for burning.
2. Add 180 ml (3/4 cup) cold water.
3. Stir vigorously for 190 seconds, close pouch, and wait 10 minutes.
4. Open pouch, top with burnt sugar. Enjoy!
