We started with a conviction: sports nutrition should give as much importance to taste and natural ingredients as it does to sports science.

Most energy bars force you to choose: good taste or good ingredients or easy digestion. We refused this compromise.

We first asked ourselves: what if we simply used real fruit?

No fruit flavors. No powdered fruit concentrate. Real apple pulp. Ingredients so simple that anyone could understand each one on the label.

The culinary approach came naturally. We are as much passionate cooks as we are scientists. We understand that the sensation food provides in the mouth is just as important as its effect on the stomach. A chewy bar is enjoyed differently from a bar that melts. A bar that leaves residue provides a different sensation from a bar that completely dissolves.

So we designed bars that are chewy, melt-in-your-mouth, work at all temperatures, and taste so good that you genuinely look forward to eating them during effort.

Simple Fueling:

One bar every thirty minutes during longer sessions (25g of carbohydrates per bar)

In all honesty: Each type of training requires different fueling. A regular two-hour effort may require one bar per hour. A three-hour outing with variable intensity may require combining bars and gels. A day in the woods might simply mean bringing a few bars for when hunger strikes.
