Backpacker's Pantry Drunken Noodles with Chicken
We know you love Backpacker's Pantry Thai-inspired meals, so why not add a new one to your lineup? This dish features wide traditional rice noodles imported directly from Thailand, along with chicken, broccoli, red bell pepper, and carrot. Our authentic, sweet and spicy tamari sauce and brown sugar will transport you directly to the streets of Bangkok. You'll also enjoy the flavors of lemongrass, lime, and cilantro.
Ingredients*:
Instant dehydrated rice noodles (rice flour, tapioca starch), freeze-dried cooked white chicken meat, tamari powder (tamari soy sauce (soybeans, salt), maltodextrin), brown sugar, freeze-dried broccoli, dehydrated red bell pepper, dehydrated carrot, dehydrated garlic, dehydrated cilantro, arrowroot powder, lemongrass powder, dehydrated green jalapeño powder, crystallized lime (citric acid, lime oil, concentrated lime juice).
Preparation and Storage:
- Remove and discard oxygen absorber.
- Add 360 ml (1 1/2 cups) boiling water.
- Stir well, seal pouch, and wait 8 minutes.
- Stir again, reseal pouch, and wait an additional 7 minutes. Enjoy!
Rehydration time doubles every 1500 meters of elevation. Our instructions are based on an elevation of 1500 meters.
