Backpacker's Pantry macaroni and cheese is a rich and creamy blend of parmesan, romano, and cheddar, ready in a flash. Simply add boiling water, stir, and then relax as your freeze-dried meal cooks itself.

Instant pasta (durum wheat semolina, water, liquid egg white, salt), freeze-dried cheddar cheese (milk, bacterial cultures, salt, microbial enzymes, annatto, powdered cellulose), dehydrated parmesan cheese (cultured part-skim milk, salt, microbial enzyme, disodium phosphate), dehydrated romano cheese (cultured part-skim milk, salt, microbial enzyme, disodium phosphate), whole milk powder, butter sauce flavor (modified corn starch, salt, whey powder, skim milk powder, maltodextrin, butter, sugar, buttermilk powder, natural flavor, xanthan gum, lactic acid), dehydrated onion, sea salt, black pepper, ground turmeric, ground nutmeg.

Preparation and storage:

Remove and discard oxygen absorber before beginning preparation. Add 240 ml (1 cup) of boiling water. Stir well. Close tightly and let stand for 8 minutes. Stir again, reseal tightly, and wait an additional 7 minutes. Enjoy.
